Great update! No really, AWESOME! Totally NOT increasing the gap between boosters and nonboosters!

Let's say I have 5k blues. I play competitively, try and win. I get edged out by a red boosting alliance and dont get #1. It was extremely close, and we ended up #2. BUT, I used up all my blues now. The redboosters get ALL the blue tokens this era. Meaningless to them because they propably boost a very large amount of reds, but it means the end of competitive play most likely for the nonboosters. Sure, a select few could still end up winning the era even with nonboosting, but lets look at the MAJORITY of our small community.

How many do you think will stick around after losing all their blues? You are trying to incite competition. Might work for the first 2-3 eras where people still have their tokens. But what happens when those tokens dry up? Gone will be the newer players, gone will be a majority of the nonboosters. Another brilliantly thought out update!

Historically, monopolising something has always ended competition. Its basic capitalism. So let's give the people who propably do not need blues, monopoly over blues. The ones who win, will propably keep winning now. Era's will be more "predetermined" than ever

Yes, my point has propably been brought up before in this thread, I've read through quite a few posts. But I simply want to repeat all of that to make it OBVIOUS how bad of a update this truly is. By the time the admins realize that as well, it might actually be too late. Old time nonboosters might quit, newer players might quit (let's say i join BD today. As if im ever gonna instantly win a era. Why stick around when there is no chance of you winning any time soon, and not even a reward for your efforts?)

I've seen Korupt's arguments, and basically, not everybody is as pro as you are at this game. Your reasoning might work for players like you, but players like you are 1 in a million. Good luck playing a MMO with only a handfull of players. Only the "hardcore" players will actually benefit from this update. And this is the minority of all BD players.

You are trying to stop battlehugs, all you are doing is stopping battledawn.com, turning it into Kong.
People who will help will help regardless. Especially the top alliances, since they are close enough friends. For example, let me win this era, you get next era. Your update is now made pointless (except for the negative effects)

You tend to have the same players win era after era. They bank too many tokens and get unfair advantage over others. Top alliances keep the same players for the next era. New players, or other experienced players have no incentive to keep playing, while top players will stay. When any 1-3 alliances win era after era, you may lose experienced players who see no hope of ever being in a top alliance.
