it loads up to 100% then after it just stays on a blank screen saying "Loading...." Any suggestions how to fix this?

refresh or close and reopen browser

you could try to clear cache and cookies, then reboot browser

Also, check you're connection, it won't load sometimes if you have bad internet.

that used to happen to me but try using a diferent browser if the clear cache doesn't work

We have been getting scattered reports of this happening, sometimes even within our own moderator ranks. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I am often unable to find any resolution to this issue. Fortunately, this seems to clear up on its own most of the time which leads me to believe it is a connectivity or networking issue.

We dont have any IPs currently blacklisted right from the server so there should be nothing on our end blocking you from, at the very least, being able to log into your account to get a reason in the event that any ban occured (not that I am saying you are banned or anything

).

You can just try to wait it out, or you can try to run a trace route in your operating system and send a ping to battledawn.com to see if there is anything interrupting the signal path over the net between you and the site servers. If you dont know how to run a trace route on your OS, you can google it. Plenty of simple tutorials are readily available on the net for that function on pretty much any conventional operating system.

In the event that you run a trace route and see a bunch of asterisks (* symbol), these indicate dropped packets. The traceroute will also give you ping times on each step of the path between you and the game servers. constant triple-digit ping times along the path indicate connectivity issues as well. Combination of the two in excess amounts would most certainly be a culprit, and in this event you would contact your ISP to inquire about any network issues they may be aware of and how long to expect to have them.
