well it seems i am unbanned

which means an admin lifted it . since only half the sentence was served . but yet no reply ?

well im sad to say this ban has affected me severly

i have lost 5 conquers and like 10 gates/radars in mars 2 alone

How exactly are you guys making a link between veterans being banned and money grabbing greed?

If the admins were banning based on donation, then veterans would never be banned, since they are valuable to the game. Equal banning between newbies and veterans, between donators and non donators is solid proof itself that their is no corruption in the banning ethics.

The admins and mods are here to help, and we will respond to people approaching us to a calm, mature manner. Trying to incite public hatred is not going to help anybody.

In regards to the ban being lifted, the ban info clearly states that it was a temporary ban until the person contacted the admin, which he did - so now it's lifted.

Edit: Seeing people say 'freedom of speech' in forums is a pet peeve of mine - This is not America, the only 'laws' you follow are the forum's rules, nobody has right to free speech in an online forum - a private website is like a private country.

dada of shydill - On F4 was banned for conquering the multi of a guy he conquered he explained and they made him set it out... he donated and lost a ton of time in the beginning cause the Admins ignored his plead...

maximumpower - E1 was banned for asking Andrew to do something about all the multi spams when Andrew banned them after damage was done the income stopped well Maxi said something maybe he shouldn't have but it was wrong that they lost so much off the spam and got nothing back...

Spartan - banned for making a joke about being a multi the admins should have looked into these situations before banning and holding to them without any proof innocent guys was being robbed....

Valid as a suspicious case, what if a player gets his friend to make multis for him to conquer? We have ban appeals in place for wrongful bans, but there's always a valid reason for them to be placed in the first place.



Maximumpower was banned for 3 ticks for spamming an Admin - that's a totally valid ban - A tiny ban for a tiny offense.



Spartan deliberately made himself a suspicious, so he was banned based on that suspicion - The ban log specifically stated that it was temporary until he contacted the admin to confirm that he wasn't multiing - which he did, then he got unbanned.
