So let's say I lockdown a gate with my spy.

If any units where to be warped to that gate by the other player would they be placed under lockdown as well?

I guess the question is, are the units at the place all that's locked down or is anything that enters that place during the duration of lock down counted in as well?

all units put on any outpost/colony thats locked get locked down as well
