I think it's fine lol. Does very little damage. You cant "corner spot" battle with it.

Yeah, I honestly think Evil Flame will probably be the dominant drone. Overall damage on drones usually trumps over the other effects.

Well, I know for a fact that Infernal Axe builds will favor Boiling Scope over Evil Flame, but builds that rely more on damage and building up heat over time are going to stick to Evil Flame.
