But the difference is it's Physical Side Weapon

A better name would be Steel Fire or Meteor Spray considering its a physical weapon.

Since it's a Physical Weapon it should only deal hit point damage, not heat or energy damage. So the stats will be something like this,

Physical resistance damage: 4
Physical damage: 100 - 140
Uses: 2
Cooling damage: 2
Regeneration damage: 2
20 energy consumption
20 heat consumption
2 range
