I have been playing for a long time and countered these mechs with inferno
axe and lava sprays , here are the items that i think you will find usefull to counter these kind of users , feel free to comment your own way of
countering these mechs below if you have your own ways to counter it below


Legendary shotguns and epic meteor :2 knock backs which will keep safe from the lava sprays's dangerous 2 range attack

Legendary stampede feet :Like the Shotguns with their 2 knockbacks but doesnt even consume ammo or generate heat

Energy Nova and Physical Nova : Lava sprays and inferno axe users mostly focusing on their
Heat and cooldown making their energy limit and regeneration relatively low
making them really invulnerable to energy attacks and high damage physical attacks

Heat controls or epic regeneration and cooldown modules :Fighting with these mechs meaning your
cooldown is really important

Items which cause high knock backs like Bully and Blow Back : Keeping a safe range from your opponents's lava spray and inferno axe can be a good idea

those mentioned above are my own methods of countering the inferno axe and lava spray users , hope you find
my methods usefull , feel free to post your own methods below too

I don't really agree with the first 2 points since theres always the heat orb cannon which can pull you into 2 range regardless of using high knockback shotguns and legs. However the rest, i totally agree with

My way of countering heat mechs: cooldown once per turn and use weapons that use little heat . This will be harder for that mech to overheat you, most heat mechs focus their stats more on heat and cooling rather than hit points.

i used mass deflector/shockwave to push them back pretty far,maybe make a physical mech with good cooldown and energy regen,with one of those swords,and see what happens.

Its certainly getting rather silly, its pretty much the only mech I see lately. Maybe a 2 range multiuse massive heat flamethrower is a bit much?
