So, as I purchased the 1000 token pack for my account negations, i entered all the correct card info, clicked the continue button, but nothing happened. I was charged for 18 dollars but no tokens were rewarded. Can a moderator please fix this?

Hello,
I just bought a 2500 tokens pack on iOS, it said please wait, and it took a while, so i assumed that it froze. I quit the game and re-opened it, there was no tokens, but i got super supporter status and $53.99 was lost.
Unfortunately, i do not have any transaction id come through so far..
Please help
