Heat Gen = 10
Repair Drone Mark III = Repairs Heat 50 Cooling
Energy Consumption = 10

A cooling drone would change the landscape alot; that's a given.
As for the cost...
Right now, the heat generated by the green repair drone is nominal but so is the healing. The green drone only heals a handful of damage which is really only super-amazing with the one build we are all keenly aware of and annoyed by and/or using to annoying others.
These are, of course, mythical drones and are meant to be marginally game-breaking.
If it a cooling drone, or energy drone is inevitable, then I'd like to countersuggest a new powerup: EMP Kit.
EMP Kit
Effect: Disables all active drones and prevents reactivation this battle.
Annoying heat drone? gone
Annoying energy drone? gone
Annoying physical drone? gone
Annoying healing/cooling/recharge drone? gone
Hide it in the Mythical boxes category or sell it in the shop for obscene SM. About time those gosh darn drones knows what my heat mech feels when a cooling kit gets pulled on me.

Your only thinking about not only yourself, but your mech that has low cooling and energy and you wanted that to be improved with a bad suggestion. Plus i dont cuss like you do:)
