Suggestions for Heat/Energy Resistance Stats

Introduction of such stats to items (Torso, kits, module)

- Percentage reduction of heat gain dealt by opponents' attacks

- Percentage reduction of energy loss made by opponents' attacks


Percentage to be balanced carefully.

Really good idea. Most Heat And Electric Drain Weapons do annoy me.
