What does that mean? It keeps coming up and it takes so long! This happens random times.

Same happens to me,and i see that the staff should recon a bit more to the part of the "Upgrades" of the game instead of the rules,etc

It's a bug :

close your chrome, iE etc...

And try again; take care there is not another program runs like youtube or a peer to peer.

Have fun.

You can also try on private navigation.

Well it works but u have to do this around 10 times to work,thanks
Also if i change the IP from the wifi,it will work
