Well, this was time-consuming. But... First part of the Wastelander set I'm planning. Yay?

Wastelander: ASSAULT

I made two versions. I don't know which one looks better, so I'll just drop both of them here.

Combinaton of:
Metrolens
HellFire Armour
Ironclad
Breach

I added a bit of roughness to it to get that 'Fallout' feel.
