I just started playing today and was making some progress. Just when I was in the middle of a game server stopped working and I had to try and log in again. When I logged back I found I had 150 tokens when I actually originally had more than 200 tokens before. I would like to know if you can restore the orginal amount back. player id ThinhTran23

Sorry to hear this. How did you obtain those tokens?

These tokens were obtained when I signed up to play and when I moved up a level I received bonus tokens from the game.

None were earned from surveys or the likes?

200+ tokens from leveling up?

Have you tried clearing your cache?

Will clearing the cache restore original settings to my account? I have cleared the cache but it doesn't restore what I had in my account before back to normal.

The tokens I originally had were not from just leveling up. You receive a bunch of tokens when you sign up. You also receive tokens for other achievements when you play. Since there are 30 levels in the game you receive 10 tokens for every level advanced and comes to 300 tokens. If you completed all the levels and completed some of the achievements and still have not used your free tokens for joining at the beginning you should have well over 300 tokens.

It'll make sure your client has all the data from the server.

It seems somewhere along the road your client got confused and thought it had more (or less) tokens than you really had on your server, clearing your cache will make it correct.

Whatever your number was after that is what it should be, if something disappeared along the way and it wasnt from a survey or a video then things get a bit complicated.

Do you share the account with anyone?

Using multiple accounts can also cause many glitches and bugs, we don't really test the game as much with multiple accounts (as we don't allow the use of them) and we're aware there's a lot of problems with it right now.
