The add for the diabetes bracelet is causing multiple problems.

1. It doesn't recognize my address. So I had to make one up.
2. It doesn't allow me to proceed past the free offers page.
3. It will not give completion or any tokens.
4. And worst of all it will not go away to let me view another offer.

It's just a broken offer that I cannot advance past and cannot get any tokens because of. This add needs to be removed.

I'm losing tokens right now because of it.

The problem is in the fact that you can't get it to advance to where the earn more button comes up. That seems like a problem with your ad company.

I have now gone 5 days without the the free token system working. Most of the time the screen just only shows the wristband add, in which the page does not advance and no tokens are given. When I do get another add that pops up (before the wristband add locks up the system) IT STILL DOES NOT AWARD TOKENS!

I need this fixed somehow.

When is someone going to respond to this? I am at a week of having the free token system completely shut down by this problem.

Look at my account. I'm at Ultra supporter status. I have supported this game quite a bit and to be ignored on this is irritating to say the least.

Just so we're clear, there is no provider I can contact. It's an add that I can't progress past now and there is no link for me to contact anyone.

Which of the systems were you using precisely?

We're sorry for the frustrations, to put it simple we have no control over our ad providers at all, we simply send them a player and they tell us who to give tokens and pay us for it..

With the one we used on BD.com there have been many many problems (we have considered removing it for this reason), with sm.com thankfully less so.

Please keep in mind we have literally 0 control over these companies or their products. The best chance we have is asking them to fix it, or finding a link for you. (Some companies arent willing to talk with us - they only have support for end users ).

From my understanding the providers we use for supermechs however are a lot better than most so hopefully they can figure this out.

I dont think he is the only one who has problem with the free token sites...

Everytime i visit super sonic, i get a message saying " U have not earned any tokens yet" and after 3 seconds it turns to "You have earned 0 tokens in this session"

and in persona.ly, i select the survey and fill up the question..in the end it just says the survey isnt live yet

In total i have earned 0 tokens from these sites since i dont know how..and BD survey systems were a lot better since i would get 10 tokens on each vote and it always used to work

The problem is with the Supersonic site. Here is what happened today, which is an improvement from all last week.

The add to watch a video came up. I watched it, it said I earned 2 tokens and I did earn 2 tokens. I clicked "earn more".

A new add to watch the same video came up. I watched it, it said I earned 2 tokens and I did NOT earn any tokens. I clicked "earn more".

Then the diabetes wristband add popped up and I was locked up again. There is nothing I can do on their site to get the "earn more" button to light up. There is also nothing I can do on their site to earn tokens. If that add pops up, The system no longer works. Not to mention, the second add I watched which did not reward tokens. The whole system seems broken.
