I am not able to buy tokens. When I click on the package I want it goes to another screen and says that I am not logged in. If I am using my mech, shouldn't I be logged in? I have never had this problem in the past and I do not have any other accounts, and I tried refreshing the browser, clearing the cookies and cach, and signed fully out and back in. I get the same message when i try the free tokens also.

This happens sometimes - could you try copying the URL (page address) and using it after being logged in on the forums here?

Alternatively you could try:
https://www.battledawn.com/packages.php which is the same system (though blues are exclusive to BD - the reds that are bought are useable in Super Mechs).

It will require a login on https://battledawn.com/forum.

Not ideal, but in case of some freak scenario where your browser just wont let you stay logged in for our SM portal, that could be a solution.



As for fixing the problem - i'll need to know which browser you're using. These things will work around it, but the actual problem probably lies pretty deep. There's a lot of browsers, devices and if one decides they wont accept our cookie or remove it or refuse to hand it over to our payment page....

I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. I use firefox browser, but I was thinking about using google tomorrow. After work tomorrow night I will try the link and let you know. It just started this a few days ago.

I did what you said with going through the battledawn link and it would have worked, but I didnt finish. I then tried internet explorer and it didnt work, so I tried google and it did work just fine. So when I go to buy tokens I will just have to use google. Since I started playing the game I have always used firefox so I am amazed they quit accepting your cookies.
