I started the game and created a new acc today , everything went normal
Then after i play a few campaigns and visit the shop ,it wont pop out
the 2 extra window that lead me to 2 separate shop Regular and mythical shop)
when i click on it , the door animation of the game shut and wont open and freezed , i waited but nothing happened, please fix this soon

I cannot access the shop either just as described above, I just started today as well. I have tried to access the shop the following ways:
Restarted computer
Used Other computers
Refreshed the page
Reopened my internet browser
Played multiplayer a few rounds to see if it would fix its self

Try clearing all cache and cookies.
If that doesn't work, I think it's justified for you to start another account.
