well.... well.
1.Stomp Damage +50% (80 damage to 120 damage)(maybe the symbol is the stomp button in bottom)
2.All Resistance boost +30% (10 resistance to 13 resistance)(maybe the symbol is three yellow, red and blue shields)
3.Multi-Damage boost +10% (maybe the symbol is three yellow, red and blue lines)
4.No KnockBack/Pull = You cant get knockbacked and pulled.(maybe the symbol is knockback and pull with red x)
5. Damage inflicted and gotten increased by 25%(maybe the symbol is skull)

How about we make floor buffs symmetrical and equal benefiting both players?

Whichever item type your mech has the most of = Dominant type

Suedo Code :)

IF (# of dominant type weapons / 2) > 3 THEN
# of dominant type benefiting buffs = 1 on each arena side
ELSE
# of neutral buffs = 1 on each arena side
END IF

This formula would initiate for both players mechs.

IF # of dominant type weapons player 1 = # of dominant type weapons player 2 THEN
BATTLE START
ELSE
# of neutral buffs = 2 on each arena side
BATTLE START
END IF

I don't actualy have a problem with floor buffs even though I would definately advocate for the total removal of kits to improve the strategy but I think floor buffs as long as they are kept balanced for benefits to both players could easily increase the amount of strategy in the game.

I however have some problems with a couple of the specific examples you gave.

I would like to extend this one to mean that if you have negative resistance it is made even larger but in the negative (I.E -10 becomes -13)

I don't like this one at all. I really think this would be a bad addition.
