i think the supermechs poeple arent trying to fix the fact that tons of poeple cant log on cuz its saying connecting to sever for hours. ive looked at other poeples complaints and i think the moderators are taking it too lightly. PLEASE JUST FIX THE PROBLEM

Hello, I am sorry to hear about this problem.
We had an issue earlier on in the week which I believe was solved however this is evidently is not the case. The first 3 things I would do is: Clear cache and Cookies, Check that your flash player is up to date and if that fails try a different browser. If none of this is successful than please message back here straight away and we will try to get to the bottom of the issue.

It freezes at "retrieving data 3/3". after few minutes it starts itself from beginning and freezes again there. same on mobile.

Are you running old firewall software by any chance? Someone has reported that as a cause to this problem (a recent update to his firewall)
