Hello Supermechs players,

As some players are currently aware there appears to be an issue with the logging into supermechs on the browser version (perhaps on other versions but I am not aware of that at the moment). It appears the majority of players are stuck on the retrieving data part of the log in.

This issue is being looked at and trying to be solved as soon as possible and all we can do is thank you for your patience.

If anyone is having different issues regarding logging in then please also message here as it will help us narrow down the issue.

Android version is down as well - a user not too long ago posted, having the same problem.

Edit: My problem was being frozen on the 'retrieving data 3/3' screen, but now I cannot even connect to the server.

I have tried incognito mode - it did not work for me either.

Enter Incognito mode, It works fine on that for me
Chrome is - ( Ctrl + Shift + N )
Don't know any other browsers, You guys are going to have to find that out :p

I tried to play new player and it works but existing player not.

Problem = Stuck at Retrieving data 3/3

Thats because the tutorial does not require access to the servers.

All this information is very important to us and we are trying to solve the problem as quickly as possible. If you know anyone with more information regarding the issue then that would be very helpful.
