If I had to pick someone to title as "My Favorite Player" it would either be Fluffeh, WarrMachine or Liran.

Yes I know, Liran doesn't so much "play" SuperMechs but in my mind creating the game is more awesome than playing it.

But honestly I've always had one person who simple stood out to me. I don't even know if he/she is still plays SM or is still alive for that matter, but whatever.

In fact, i've never even spoken to this player. But the mere fact that they were so committed to SM blows my mind.

My "favorite" player has to be mateu. At least thats how I remember his name being spelled, please correct me if Im wrong.

But this guy (before battle credits, during the time of ladder points and tournaments lasted more than a week) had over 32,000 wins. He had the most at the time, with Lila in 2nd with around 28,000. But whats ever more astounding than that is the fact that he had an unfathomable amount of losses by todays standards.

I swear it had to be around 10,000 losses.

His mech was garbage, and he wasn't really that good at decision making in battle either. But playing SuperMechs had to be his #1 favorite thing to do. It didn't matter if he was a terrible player, he loved the game for simply what it was.

I am yet to see commitment and love for game like that since.

though I'm sure those are not your typical answers because I don't base it off of ladder wins or ratios.

I apologize for calling best shallow. I am not a mean person and I got carried away. I am attempting to help best understand how important the role of being a top player is. Whether they like it or not some new players look up to them. Their actions are constantly observed by newer players who want to be like their "heroes." It is the responsibility of top players to act accordingly to ensure a bright future for this game we all like so much. Setting a bad example will only lead to the degeneration of our friendly culture and amicable gaming experience.

My friends, however, would be Baz <3 (thank you for mentioning me), Bluz, Xzyckon (I can at least remember your name!) and pretty well everyone else who works in the wiki!

Personally, my favorite player is GLADIATOR. (My most favorite of all)

Why? I've known her a long time ago, and she is a very nice friend, conversationalists and opponent. =)

Also, she is like my sister in the game. ^_^ Can't argue with that!

Theres also ACERCORE. She is always comforting me everytime I feel bad.

I also admire r1234! She is very smart in making mechs, a nice gal, and hard to beat!

I am still wondering why no one picked me And I just realized most of my
