This is a connection bug regarding multi-accounting.

But theres another thing about this.. And that is a player might use this as a hack.

If you fight lolguy for example, and you had this bug, find this player's name and check the replays, and if you see almost all of his replays are 2-4, it means its hacking..

And you must report that immediately.
