I just bought 18 $ woth of token s and have not receved whats up
? 2 time I ran my card wtf please correct

First of all, You bought a $18 Token Package and you didn't receive you tokens?
Well,
1.Maybe you should try refreshing your browser.
2. Your Obviously reading this so scroll up and click on your messages.
You should have "Token Delivery Confirmation" If the transaction was a success.
3. Check your email, If you paid by paypal, The should email you a receipt if the transaction was a success.
4. When you attempt to buy tokens, after the payment, It redirects you to "Supermech.com/updatetokens" Or something like that. It will redirect you to here whether it was successful or not.
5. Double check you entered the payment information correctly.
6. If none of the above work or make sence, Email tacticsoft about it.
They are really helpful and they are no where near scammers.
to be able to contact them, Scroll up to the very top of the page, You should see "HOME, FORUM, CONTACT" To the top left. Click on "CONTACT"
And you will be able to email them.

Fill out the details and you will be good to go. They normally take 24 hours to reply, But i have had a reply in 15 Minutes once (:
