I made a new account and started levelling up but 5 or 6 times it said:

Level up bonus: SM 0
And i didn't earn any tokens at all

This is a glitch that often occurs, happened to me many times.

You haven't really lost anything although at first it may seem that you have. Next time when your about to level up, just look at the experience bar and you'll see a 'boost' in your coins and token balance. That's the reward from the previous level.

After a while it'll revert to normal.
