The new drone looks AMAZING! However, it's severely underpowered! I am going to point out those reasons.

Here is the "Sector Eye" versus Reiko's "Triple Laser Pointer"!




Now personally my triple laser pointer does 2 more damage than the Sector Eye.
The biggest problem with Sector Eye is that it consumes rockets. Rockets cost another module slot to equip. Sector Eye will likely only be able to fire 6 times.(60 Rocket Pack)

Triple Laser Pointer is far superior to the new Sector Eye because the additional heat cost to use laser pointer is offset by the fact it does not cost rockets and frees up a module slot to use. Triple Laser Pointer has unlimited uses so long as the user has enough energy and heat to maintain.

Although a new rocket drone was definitely needed! I think Sector eye needs to be tweaked.

A couple suggestions would be to reduce the ammo cost from -10 to -5. Increase the amount of overall damage and heat damage.

All Rocket weapons suffer this problem but I am pointing out this drone has it very bad.
