I have used two of gifts keys but after two months or more so far given them the keys stopping may not be complete because of the account and left them far has not yet completed what is the solution

To close all of these confusion, let me explain.

If a gift key has been completed, it will reset within 45 days. However, if a gift key wasn't/never completed, I am sad to say this but it will never reset.

They might reset eventually - I honestly have to say I aren't 100% sure.

But the basic idea is you introduce a friend, teach them the game and encourage them to keep playing!

You've one left - think of someone who would like SM and who you'd love to play it with

If the people who received your gift keys have stopped playing before they leveled up, the gift keys are stuck and won't be reset.

That really should be fixed, because it discourages people from inviting new players to the game.

Yea, all of mine have been stolen

I made the mistake of thinking people would have decency and not take my gift keys... sadly I was wrong.

Now I have three keys eternally locked in accounts than haven't even gotten the first reward
