To be honest, I don't really know how to re-create such bugs as this one.
How I got this bug (atleast in my theory..):
When I was tangling with Dewah, I got connection lost in the middle of this clash of the titans. So, once I re-connected, I've watched my replay with Dewah, then, comes another connection lost! Then blablabla, I reconnected. Watched some of my replays, then out comes that bug as I shown you in the picture.

That is all.
