No need for escalation ^^ Most of the issues probably aren't system errors, but every once in a while, the system can accidentally post twice. It's usually more so that you press the post button twice in extremely quick succession. Most of the time, the system will catch it and give an error statement, but it's happened occasionally. No need to call people out though
