As Ads has stated, you should never give your password out to anyone. As always, it should be 1 account for 1 player. The fact that you logged into your friends account tells me that you already have not been following this rule (not that this makes it ok for people to steal accounts). Please be cognizant that having a strong password and not sharing that info is the best means to prevent issues like these from happening.
