E4 used to be a world of constant competition, then (and now it seems) it become a world of occasional competive eras.

And now E1 has joined E4 in that category, previously the hardest world hands down.

Shutting down E4, would hopefully reinvigorate competition on E1. There needs to be a world people can rely on to ALWAYS be difficult. E1 is most suited to be that world.

close it down to 1-2 servers of each map type, I say.

I even wouldnt mind as radical a change as shutting down to the kong layout of 1 earth server 1 mars and 1 fantasy with 1 being a 3 ticker, 1 a 2 ticker and 1 a 3 ticker

I think we should at minimum keep open a single earth, and a double of each type.

Perhaps we dont need a single of Mars or Fantasy, anymore.

wat abt my previous idea?
if we close all the worlds , and bring in new names and new maps? if obvious if you shut down a server which is ruled by particular alliance then will protest stop boosting etc.
So if we get new maps along with new worlds ranging from 1 ticker to 4 ticker , this will tremendously increase competition.

That would also happen with new names and maps. Besides - people like maps for a reason.

Newbs like Earth because it allows them to identify, vets like Earth because its the most strategic.

Vets like Mars because everything is close together.

Vets like fantasy because everything is far apart.

Nobody likes Galaxy.

Kidding, some do like galaxy, but probably has more to do with the style of it.

Yup. I think the maps are unimaginative and the graphics are plain ugly - its not my cup of tea. But about a hundred vets swear by it, so good for them.

Im really glad to see some positive suggestions being posted here. Even if bd staff don't take heed its nice that we can all talk openly like adults!
