Call me a nub if need be, but I'm Level 18, Rank 8 and I have no idea what Battle Credits are.. Anyone please explain? Andy?

Pfft you SM nub.

When you run out you can't fight multiplayer matches anymore. You'll get more every 20 mins untill you reach 15, then it will cap there. You can go over that with achievements/daily bonus/clan rewards however once you're below 15 you'll start getting them again :)
