One of the great things about the game was that there was always a trade-off between choosing certain items. Maybe it was great damage, but required ammo. Or maybe it was really heavy, or a good drain, but low damage. Now we have items that are light weight, good damage, no ammo required, and drain resistance? Why?

Mythical items should be able to do more damage or weigh less, or drain more or whatever... but not all of these things at the same time. Needs to be a trade-off.

They dont have a pushback, that is a trade-off.

The physical sword:

Yes, it is very light, inflicts high damage drains resistance BUT it works at range 1 and doesn't knock back, so you will have to deal with the consequences of being at range 1 - for instance, dealing with an inferno or an energy sword. That's the main drawback.

It also requires 15 energy, so you may be shut down by an energy user.

The heat/energy legs: L

Low damage. Very low damage compared to the legendary heat/energy legs.

The torso:

Low cooling and has no resistance bonus compared to Galaxus or Spider. Also no ammunition bonus.

Good energy/regen and the low weight make this a good torso, but not necessarily better than legendary torsos.

The physical top blaster "wipeout mark I" is very strong - only downside is no knockback. As overpowered as it may seem, I think a heat build using the knockback heat blaster can still counter this.

So what you're saying is I need an energy/heat hybrid to counter all these items equipped at once? xD brb time to go totally mess up my mech.

If you're in game I can give you a tip on how to counter mythical players, Andy. I'll probably regret it though xD

The legs are definitely a reasonable addition. They are worse than the Stampede Series in most situations. That is a good thing, not a bad thing. Encourage people to be creative with interesting new mech designs, not just pile on the most mythical items and call it a day.

Previous builds required people to dip into lower leveled "common" items to shine.
