I am a fairly older player, and have come back to the new weight systems and guild rankings. I used to be top with Organna, then once we spoke and she told me that she made a new account to get the legendary heat grapple, because you used to not be able to get it as it was under the level requirement of the old boxes 27-30 items. Anyways I left because I could not be the best and did not want to play for that reason solely. Anyways, I am a Rank #1 player and can carry your guild to the top as I play every day. I have other ways to communicate for good guild connectivity to get higher ranked, which we could set up if needed. I have practically every item and my spyder torso is rank 9 and thats all from free to play. It's tough to find a clan, because most of the good ones are already full. I guess it's best to see where your friends are or look for a clan opening. You could also create your own clan and recruit people.

Hey thanks for the reply Ogonna, my in game name is PVP as you will soon get to try yourself. I tried talking with you in the game when we were battling but you left I guess because I was not fighting. But do you blame me when you have every mythic item and I simply can not win? The last weels I have been playing I have probably opened at least 500 packs. I am very disappointed. You told me I would eventually get all of them, but I guess you meant play a solid year, rather than a month. Anyways I am rather tired of this game, no cooling module, can't spend real money, mythic's seem impossible because I joined in the perfect time that all of the top guilds are full. I guess I could try and play and keep playing, build up a good guild after I can fill out my basic items over the 1,000s of packs I will need, then I might have a shot to win a mythic. But by that time all the top players will be even better. If I could change this game, I would make it so not a limited number of players can get the best items, without excluding others. Instead of all of the players competing for items that make them even stronger, and the other people less stronger. A win counter seems much more solid. Every week each player must get a certain number of winning matches to unlock that weeks legendary. Or legendary points, like battle points. Each game wins you a token, after a set amount of tokens, you can buy the specific legendary you need. Just some basic ideas I thought of in a second that are strangely better than the current game, that would actually fix this game for newer players.

When I said you would "eventually" get the items you need, I didn't necessarily mean it would take a month or a year, just that it would take time. I came back to the game after a long break to a new system that I wasn't prepared for, but after about a month of hard work and a lot of defeats I was able to get back to the top. Then I was lucky enough to join little-lost in what became the top clan. So my best advice is to just stick with it.
