Each situation has it's own story. I've seen people get "perma" banned for flaming before. If i'm not mistaken, "perma" ban is really just a ban that the admin has full control over. temp ban is a set time frame. Usually if an admin is looking into a situation in question, they will actually "perma" ban them so that they can lift it asap if necessary.

nubs movement into Moo territory was a separate matter as they were chasing SLEP who relocated in the middle of our territory and were allied with us. The issue has been dealt with.

Flaming gets u a temp ban (orange one) AFAIK. Both getting perma-banned at the same time points more toward cheating than flaming.

Please stop talking unless you know what you are talking about. When a player is banned on one world they are automatically banned on all worlds as long as the same account is used. Being banned in E1 proves nothing.

Phiz got away with account sharing by lieing about some made up siblings. Probably blow up dolls they married and who enjoy BD too.

Ban in today's BD is totally at the discretion of the admin. Who should keep in mind a perm ban needs unmistakeable proof of wrong doing based on facts not interpretation. For example same ISP does not mean same IP in the age of public Wifi. And who should also take into account if these are repeat offenders. For first time offense ban should never and has never been perm.

I am sure admins know best and have a solid case of evidence. That they will provide to the involved parties as proof of their proper conduct.

Till then all speculation is mute and void
