I was wondering if you get more SM per XP from campaign or multiplayer or if it's the same. The reason is I'm saving all my SM to buy item boxes of a certain level, and I want to make sure I maximize the SM I have when I reach that level.

I know you get more SM and XP from multiplayer, but I'm not sure if it's proportional to campaign.

Say campaign you get 1000 SM and 100 XP for a win and multiplayer you get 2000 SM and 200 XP for a win - then it's the same.

But if it's 2000 SM and 100 XP from multiplayer then that's obviously better.

Yes, I'm trying to level slowly to get as much SM as possible.

So with that in mind, which will give me most SM per XP when I level - campaign or multiplayer?

There's no difference. You get 200% SM and XP in multiplier matches. Playing multiplayer matches will get you to the level you want quicker, but you'll receive the same amount of SM when you do reach that level as you would do playing single player.
