P.S. I forgot how to make a poll. I'll add a poll when I remember.

This guide is for the entire community to read, edit, and suggest. So DON'T laugh because this thread is small at the moment.

Types of Mechs:

Ballistic Shotguns/Jack of All Trades-Designed to specifically deal average damage constantly. It has multiple options with modules, because bullets don't run out faster than rockets.
Tips:
1) 2 Bullet Modules is enough for a battle. If not enough, carrying a kit should be more than enough.

Electrical Behemoth-A mech that depends on electricity as its source of power. It attacks with weak electric attacks and decent electric damage. Electric Behemoths also have one of the most health in-game.
Tips:
1) Always pick the torso with either the most modules available or the one with the most capacity and regeneration.
2) Armor is very important, otherwise this mech is easily destroyed by high damage dealers.

Electrical Drainers-This type of mech is specifically designed to drain large amounts of energy, but it carries other weapons to deal more damage.
Tips:
1) Make sure to never depend completely on energy, otherwise you'll be even weaker than most mechs.

Rocket Blasters-Most often mistaken as heat blasters, these mechs carry large rocket ammo and weapons. They are one of the most common mechs in-game and are very hard to counter.
Tips:
1) Must have a weapon that deal knock back at close range.
2) Drones help greatly along rocket mechs.

Heat Blasters-True Heat Blasters depend on heat to force a shutdown on their opponents. They deal very little damage in comparison to Electric Drainers, but stuns their opponents constantly.
Tips:
1) Heat Blasters uses a variety of heat weapons to deal heat damage at any range.
2) Heat Blasters should never move too much; it prevents them from dealing too much heat damage.

Double combos-These have the same gun for repeated damage, repeated twice or more. and these can become problematic at close range and long range since they can dish out with two of the same good guns metric crap tons of damage.
Tips:
1) Identify the guns and stay out of their range, stay at dead zones.
2) Be careful as you have two movements, and if possible, counter them if they come close.

Most commonly seen in levels
Levels 8-16 Heat Blasters
Levels 14-18 Rocket Blasters

Yeah, basically. I may add more sections to this guide, but class is what I have at the moment.

P.S. add something to contribute.

I am not sure if this would be good for the game. This game is sort of based off of free whim. While most mechs fall under categories ie "Damage tank with shield" "Damage" "Energy Drainer" "Heat Build", I feel that we should still allow players to make choices and come up with the most efficient build.

Nice topic, though i'd like to see your builds description at lvl30 (since i, myself, fight at lvl30 range).

After saying that, you're missing full physical build from your list (e.g. mech that only has physical damage weapons). You can call it "max damage" mech since physical weapons deal the most damage out of 3 types of weapons we can choose from.

Oh, my default build is a physical build.
