for example fighting sports like: boxing , mma , muay thai box , zambo , greek-roman wresling , etc.................

i like boxing & mma alot , thats why i watch live and pay for paperview.

but nfl is fun to and NBA . perhaps swimming or marathon

you know guys sitting behind the desk and playing game 24/7 is shortening your life. so im trying to motivate people to move ur muscle for 30min everyday so you can live a extra day longer in the future
