Since we already have a forgoten password help option at the login page it might help some people who have multiple accounts like me who have forgoten some of their old usernames a username help option might be good so that if you forget it but know the password then you can get your username back or even just have it if you know the email you can get your username wich would make it easier to remember your usernames if you have more than 1 or 2 accounts i have about 4 or 5 and would like to gain access to my last 2 or 3 accounts wich are farely old i have this one MechaTiger wich i can use right now and a new one i made recently called Valliore but id rather have my good accounts with my decent items than starting again/a account thats low level in comparasson.
or maybe even a username log aka if you can sign in as one user and use the same password for multiple accounts then maybe a username log where you can scroll through your usernames that use the same password

Your idea of being able to view usernames by searching the password is a very bad idea. Say I search a random password and come across someones account I can totally ruin their account for them.

However it could be helpful if you have a secret questions or find username via email. You shouldn't be creating multiple accounts though ;)

ur password and email are always kept a secret to the public, unless u urself put it on ur sig or in the post content. Hence it's not a good idea and will be a violation to the terms of service for us to provide a way to search for username through email or password.

there are several things I can recommend:

note down the account username and email, as well as password on a note, and store it somewhere safe

archive the registration email that u got after registering ur account, it usually has the username on it

or, simply don't use multiple accounts, stick to one and use it.

According to the ToS you agreed to you should only have one account.

As some of you have said that it is a bad idea but the thing is you need to have the password saved it wasn't about searching for a password it was a password savelog at the login menu that helps you retrive your lost username

I didn't i put the ones that i thought people might want to vote on it ranges from bad - possibly bad and from good - possibly good because your opinion matters

as I said, we can't provide a way to search for a username from password, or email. Even if it's "on ur own computer" only.

Browser stores ur data on something called cookies, this is the one responsible for ur login session. And cookies have an expiration date. Which means ur stored data is only stored temporary. Thus we can't really rely on this method.

things like auto-complete are browser-specific and we can't really do anything about that, except tell the browser not to auto-complete which I don't think is wat u want.

In one of the next updates will be that you get after registering an email with your user details. (Like we have on BattleDawn)

A search for usernames is for security reason not possible and won't be added
