Hello im writing this to inform you that the game is unplayable as for the new update towards heat weapons, i used to win a decent amount of matches, until this update, now i win if im lucky, all that happens is, i get heated up, i can do anything and i die, could you limit the amount of these weapons a player can have or fix it somehow?

As a heat player, i can say that i tend to lose to energy + projectile guys with 27-40 cooldown, don't see why you would limit the number of weapons other than the slots.

A "better weapon" mostly got that it only can be used 1-3 times, that actually won't matter cause most weapons aren't used more than 2 times anyway.

And i'm okay with lower damage on heat weapons cause, when you use heat as your killing-plan, then its not about the damage its all about extra turns and that heat.

Frankly, i kind of kill my opponents "to fast" and don't even get time to heat them up before the death.

But reducing heat would ruin the explosive guns themselves, it's all about "how many extra turns can i have equally to him"

Yeah nut you see, i still win without heat, but thats rare, Optimus Prime uses heat and thats the only reason hes good, i have 169 heat which is also good, they are o.p and you should go learn how to play the game.

At level 16 heat weapons aren't so bad. I only have problems with the one heat sword (Hauteclere level 12). It does +30 heat which is a huge amount for lower level mechs.

With my build i absorb 16% damage as heat and have 5 resistance against heat.

A level 15 hook mark III (legendary), Hauteclere and red drain adds 62 heat to my mech. Along with this I get heat added from shield which amounts to an additional 28 heat.

So in one move 90 heat is added to my mech. With this being possible at level 15, I feel that's too high.

But thinking about it, there are several hulls that imo got to low cooldown-recovery for being at level 15, take cyclone(10) example.

So instead of make weapons give less heat, then improve the recovery of heat by hulls, cause that will more likely fix this problem.

Hello and I agree at level 26 i get beat down only by people overusing their heat weapons and it`s exhausting and is ruining my status
