i dunno where to start

1. check the image

2. the duel wont even start but i would get message that opponent has quit

3. the match will hang up and suddenly i will be forced out

4. the match would load and suddenly when the opponent is playing the game will end

5. also my opponent said in in game chat that he lost all his bullets even though he didnt use any

when i attack a player i lose my hp and i need my bug go away plz help me
