KD seems not wanting to lynch agon, yet didn't vote or say no lynch, hence I'll count him as no vote, so will the others (jonesm, Numair, apollo, LightIce) as well as starwa7s and ronelm.

the vote result now stand at: agon 1 - 1 no-lynch. The BttB will decide who to lynch. Although I believe the result is pretty clear, I'd like to have a confirmation from Fake first

Pretty sure I know the reason but I want you to confirm it, if Tenk and Soi both voted agon how is it only 1-1? Also, no lynch.
Finally @Soi it is not really a lack of faith in him but an utter act of evidence and him being the Bttb means he has no way of knowing what agon is.

Thats fine reasoning wise, no arguement there, its just that this game cant be won on sound arguements or reasoning alone, risks have to be made to go forward in any direction.

Well, if we only lynch people who we have evidence of their roles, then we wont find out who people are, and gain further evidence, by who voted for/against them, it will just us lot talking during the day and doing nothing, then the murderer getting a kill at night.

So I say lynch agon (even though, my view on this had already been made clear) for the sake of progressing the game.
