Hey guys!

We are closely listening to all of your opinions.
Please give us some time and we'll sit together and talk about the most needed changes and tweaks.

It would help us a lot when you'd include some examples and explanations into your posts where you see the biggest issues in this update.
Just saying "this update isn't good" doesn't help us that much.

Of course, you can also say when you like something ;)

First:

Everything in this new update is worst than in the old Version.
The whole game has been destroyed.

The best thing you can do, is to remove this update completlly!

Because:

- the Fusion core is bad joke. It takes hundred of fights to upgrade a good item once. And for what? For 5 hp or 1 damage? LOL. That cant be serious.

- In the future, there will be only lvl 30 mechs (boring), so that new beginners have no other mechs to fight with. So the game will be dead soon.

You see. All changes in this new update are negative. Nothing was optimized but made worst. If you Keep running this update, the game will die.

Thank you for this explanation. Though, I am wondering about your second point. Its not that no new players are joining every day

Well change is hard for people to adjust to - especially when you've got a mech build and strategy that works for you and now it's not going to work at all. It's almost as if you're starting the game fresh, except you're a high level and the learning curve is now steeper than it might otherwise be. Usually with game updates changes are introduced a bit more gradually, but in this case we were kind of thrown in the deep end without really knowing which way is up.

New players won't be put off simply because they'll learn at the same pace as the rest of us and will have a broader degree of freedom to make errors. In many cases the game has always been trial and error - except those of us in a higher bracket will have to spend more to try things which might end up being errors... it's not necessarily bad, but I do think it's going to hurt for a while.

With all of that said I do see one critical problem. The fusion system will throw off game balance. Before everyone pretty much had access to everything in a fair span of time. The game would be won or lost depending on tactics and maybe kits... but for the most part you could tweak a build to compete well so long as you made the right moves at the right times.

Now we're going to have the people who can outspend others winning most games. But not like before where you could drop 6K on kits, at least that was per game and you always had an option to drop your own 6K to level the field... now it'll be fused equipment that is permanent once completed. True the upgrades are small - and they have to be or else the dynamics would be WAY overbalanced - but even so you're going to have people building up to top level parts in short order and the rest won't be able to compete at all.

At least that's how I see it going. Not quite the pay-to-win method a lot of games on the net use, but sort of a watered down version of it.

I think you are wrong. Even if New Players dont join every day, this new update is very negative to new Players. New Players have no mechs to fight with and so they will stop playing this game very quickly. Do you understand what i mean? In the old patch, there were enough low lvl, mid lvl and high lvl Players. But if you Keep going with the new patch, the low lvl and mid lvl Players will become extinct.

I mean, the Fusion core is a nice idea but only as a additional Gadget to the old patch. But the Fusion core with all the changes in the new patch is a very big fail.

After trying out the new version, I have several complaints:

1. Because of the complete change of rarity, most of my weapons became useless. So we now have players with superior equipment, while others are left with shambles.
2. As mentioned before by other posters, swords are now inferior to legs. Legs are now the most effective weapons.
3. The resistance factor is too deciding, if combined with shields, most damage is prevented and battles take very long.
4. The bonus through the fusion engine is rediculous. For a Level 1 Laser Cannon with 15 Base Damage, a +1 Dmg is fine per level, but for a Level 23 Sword with 44 Base Damage a +1 Dmg is too low.
5. The same applies for torsos, if you only get +5 HP for upgrading a Level 22 Torso with already has 220 HP, it is hardly worth the cost.
6. The fight money is too low, you now have to grind far more to buy something.
7. After the introduction of Rare, Epic and Legendary Items, the normal items now have become mostly obsolete, because they are inferior. For example the Hot Shot (Legendary) in contrast to the Red Rein (Common). Same damage, range, knockback and place (torso weapon), but lower level (= easier upgrade, 8 levels !!), higher enemy heat, lower self heat.

You are completly right!

And because of all These negative changes, the game makes no sense to most of the Players anylonger.

And in my opinion, its easier to remove the old patch as trying to fix all the new Problems in the new patch.

So, old patch + Fusion core would be nice.

As a side question - am I to understand there is now a +/-3 level range rather than the +/-4 range?

That would explain why people seem to be favoring level 22 without worrying about level 26... and depresses me since I spent a bit setting up a level 20. :p

I think nerfing the sword was a good decision. Normally while stuck in a corner I would be afraid to initiate first, because they would just hit me with a sword then stomp me away putting me at a disadvantage. Now swords have been nerfed, this doesn't happen, so you won't find yourself stuck in a corner fighting with drones.
