I agree completely. Still, the more consumer trials/testimonial reports available about any particular issue, the more hard data can dissected for future analysis.

or no, they think we are stupid and abusing this. well , lets show them that we know about it. that is the cheaters psychology, they think are above honest players. on the other hand , there are some frustrated people that cant win without cheats. i play many online games and i know what i m talking about.

I'd like to add something:
Like we explained in many topics, we don't handle ban contests nor ban requests in public. This would help no one.

When you encounter a bug or any cheats, please drop me a message or write in the bug center including your userid and a detailed report what has happened.

With any report we receive, we are able to understand better where are the possibilities to cheat or exploit a bug. Only on that way, we can improve it and provide you a game to enjoy.
SM is still in beta and even when we work basically night and day, it takes some time to get rid of some pesky issues.

i sent you some reports....hope it will be resolved soon. because that cheats are really pissing me off, and not just me, but the whole community OF HONEST PLAYERS. you ll lose many players if you cant solve those issues.

As I said before I know they are working on it as fast as they possibly can. Developing a game and then fixing any possible issues is not an easy task by any means so we must be patient.
