Again, there is and (probably) will still be explosions and the sort. Why not voice your discontent there as well? I think the point about children seeing oil squirt out of a mech (which is not guaranteed to happen, so it is only a thought experiment at the moment) is a bit arbitrary. Mechs get shot at, attacked by swords, shot rockets at that explode, and explode (themselves). Why is the execution the only part that you have mentioned as possibly ill-suited for the game?

Because it is new and some people hate change? :lol:

There are limits to each things, no need to over the top with violence. That's why i said this idea isn't the best.
Explosions and such are somewhat violent but cutting off arms/head and/or blowing the guts out (including squirting oil) is over the top (atleast for me).

Again, we do not know how the executions will look; until we do, it is hard to make a judgement call. But explosions and the like are somewhat violent to me (not that it bothers me).
