An inactive in no way furthers the game so why not kill them? No matter what side they are on they are not assisting that side by doing nothing. I even say kevin make a post on the forums yesterday but he didn't even bother to post here, obviously no longer playing.  I'd almost say your defense of him would mean you know his role though.
