Well since it seems you did not read the rest of the thread that is not how it works, for the moment the sm and bd accounts are linked so the people that "received" tokens did not really, they simply already had tokens from bd.

Deflowerer, do you remember who your 5000th victory battle was fought against? Congratulations on the victory!

edit: just want to clarify, from now on, every level up will get tokens, but we will not get tokens from past level ups? I am grateful for any tokens, but I am curious how this works – I just got tokens from leveling up and I never played BD or have bought tokens before, so I am really excited. Thanks to anyone in the SM community responsible for these new tokens, I could careless about not having a buggy ranking list now – all I want is the possibility of premium!

I read the whole thread, and I still didt understand how it actually works, or how its supposed to work, although from this post I may now understand how you say it works, although it does not appear to do so. Let me explain ...

If I understand this post of yours (Korupt), in my case I had 500 tokens i bought in supermechs, which also gave me the SAME tokens (500) in BattleDawn - so with the patch I 'gained' another 500 giving me 1000, while I really have only 500?

But if thats the way it works, one of my kids has no tokens at all and after the patch he got 205 (very odd number). He had no tokens of any kind before the patch.

The other son had no tokens after the patch at level 28, but when he got 29 he gained 20 tokens, which then disapeared after about an hour.

So, I really have no idea how this thing is actually working, nor how its supposed to be working.

But I dont really understand what that means, other than the total is both blues and reds, and they can work in either game. I certainally cant extract any viable mechanism to calcluate tokens from it.

Yeah, I am getting more confused. I now have 0 tokens. I am not complaining, but this new patch is quite a tease :/ Since i do not play BD, the phrase "blues and reds," confuse me more

Having just logged onto my account I now have 1050 tokens, and I (am pretty sure that I didnt) didnt level up since I had 1000 last night.

Tempted to spend them now on 2 months premium, before I lose them
Or do I hold on and wait to see if I get the full 20 per level (20x75 = 1500 free ones )

I wonder if the powers that be will give us the right amount eventually, or is it just luck of the draw ....

ETA regarding blues and reds; I too dont play batle dawn, but I figure reds are bought tokens, blues are free ones. I dont know if there is a difference in what you can use them for - maybe somebody who knows can offer a better answer.

I just leveled up and received the 20 tokens as promised, along with the level up money (same window - unfortunately, I have no screen of this). So I have 20 tokens in total.
At least the reward system seems to work, only the reimbursement seems to be flawed.

Keep us posted if you lose them, as a couple of cases the gained 20 for leveling have disapeared after about an hour or two.

Yes, I looked though the whole thread so I know there are issues.

I think I logged out and when I logged back in, poof, they were gone. If this is true, then this bug would be enormously useful for a new player (or a veteran creating a second account for this very purpose). BigDaddy22 – if I were you I would buy 2 months of premium service now. If you get the other 450 or so tokens, you can add them to the other 50 and buy an extra month later.

Seems like it gives me the correct amount. Now, I wait to see what happens....


Edit: apparently, logging off and logging back in will make your tokens go away. Well, I only lost the 20 I got anyways.
