Well I disagree with that, just like any game with a running all time ranking system rank never determines skill simply who has played the longest or who plays the most. That is why good players never care about ranks.

that's why I like this game. no build is fullproof, anyone can be beat and you know that it's harder for ranked players to take a loss - emotionally ;)
