Can someone explain how the ranking list works??

For example look at the screen capture below. The guy ranked higher than me has 57 wins and 181 LOSSES!

Also about 4 or 5 days ago I was consisting ranking at number 16 and I know that adjusts depending on who's playing. But now I'm coming in 19,175...

We're aware of the extent that ranking is bugged, and the entire system will be overhauled on release of the finished game. It's just a wait for beta to finish

I fixed your image for you. All you have to do is right click the image and hit copy image url then put that in between the Img button here on the forums. If you look at your original message you can see how I did it.
