New update caused me to lose all cash level attainment and rank!!!! I tried logging in hours ago and it was forcing me through the tutorial as if I were a brand new player! I'm freaking out!!!! I have reached level 67 and worked very hard to accumulate over 1.6 MILLION in cash without buying anything (with real cash) through the shop. After absolutely no response from three different admins I have pm and these posts. I decided to complete the tutorial to see if I could sign out and sign back in. EVERYTHING LOST!!!! Have been started back at level 3 with under 5k in cash!!! UPDATE: Still no reply from any of the admins to any of my PM's.... Just imagine if you had to start ALL OVER after building up your account to where it is.................... Update 2Looks like it might be something to do with using the FULL SCREEN link I have saved. Normally use Firefox. Went to IE and googled Super Mech logged in that way and it went to my account as it should be. Tried using the FULL SCREEN link in IE and was getting the start over business.... FULL SCREEN link I was using http://supermechs.com/bmmClient.swf?

Ouch!
Maybe you should try a different browser, so there is no chance of a link to your actual account, and if it forces you through the tutorial, do it then afterwards try log in with your normal account name and password.

Tried that.
Did NOT work.
It shows me at level 3 with 4,469 in cash!!!!!
From level 67 and over 1.6 MILLION in cash to level 3 with just under 5k in cash!!!!!
I am FURIOUS!!!!
Still have heard nothing from ADMINS. IF I this issue doesn't get resolved. I will not continue playing SUPER MECH and certainly with never consider paying for it in the future!!!!
IF THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ME WHY COULDN'T IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

Ouch, never heard of this happening before. I'll forward this thread onto the SM lead dev, he'll have a look in the next 24 hours. Understand that the game is in beta, so bugs are strife. We're very sorry that this happened to you, and will look into it ASAP.

Gladly I can chuckle about your post after finding out that all is not lost  But no I did not sign up for the premium. I never did from the get go and certainly wasn't considering it if I could lose everything I had ground out without it.....

Glad to hear that you were able to find the root of the problem on your own.
Fullscreen and flash doesn't works well at all.
On Battledawn for example, you can't type in the chats. On SM it cause trouble like this....

Yep, its unlikely that I work between 11pm and 4 am my time
