Live forever with unending youth? Definitely. I know all the drawbacks, i've heard the counter arguments, but for me, there is nothing better then immortal life. Even without it, you still see your loved ones die around you unless you die young, for me, this would allow me to chronicle the event of human history as they happen until the end of human history, I could experience all that the future has to offer, and help craft a brighter one as well, I would likely be highly respected as one of (if not THE) most intelligent human beings possible after a century or two just because of my experience and understanding.
But thats just me, I could deal with the drawbacks, but then again, not every can.

Maybe in the middle ages, but it's not necessarily true anymore.
There already exist far-above-average people in all fields, and yet you never hear of these people mysteriously disappearing (by being kidnaped by evil scientists).
Besides, you're more likely to be paid by some big pharmaceutical company to let them take blood samples, do MRI's etc. because nowadays, you don't need to kill someone to find out how their body functions.
And that's just for the present, and people wont even start noticing you're immortal until the future, when you have outlived everyone else of your generation.

immortal it would be great if i would be looking like a witch when i would be 500 but if i also had everlasting youth it is a yes for me.
Also if you have children wont they have the same ability
