I just took the link and submitted in the BD
Reloaded the page
and opened the world and just made it my avatar
its working f9 now

use an image hosting site, like tinypic, imgur or photobucket, then copy the direct link to the site.
I recommend imgur since it's faster...

I recommend imgur as well, but please make sure you copy the code with *.png at the end.
Then you can choose it as forum avatar, save it, select 'use forum avatar' in game, log out (and clear cache) and there it is.
